Who we are
About Hearts to Nourish Hope
Over 30 years of nourishing hope and changing lives across metro Atlanta.
Our mission
Hearts to Nourish Hope is a non-profit dedicated to advancing opportunities for youth and young adults ages 16 to 24. Our mission is to support individual, family, and community stabilization through leadership, collaboration, and community involvement.
We are committed to doing whatever it takes to help our community residents succeed — no matter their past or present economic background, where they come from, or where they are in their lives.
Our approach
Through vital resources and programs, students build life skills, confidence, and education. They learn what it means to work hard and strive for a better life today and for years to come.
With five campuses spanning Clayton, Gwinnett, Henry, Douglas, and Rockdale counties, we meet neighbors where they are.
